myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, E. coli-derived,
recombinant human MCP-2.

ELISA: |
In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 2-3 μg/ml of this antibody
will detect at least 8 pg/well of recombinant human MCP-2 when used with PeproTech (Rocky
Hill, NJ) biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human MCP-2 as the detection antibody at a concentration of at least 1 μg/ml.
