***Applications:***

**ELISA:** In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 1 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 0.5 ng/well of recombinant human BMP-7 when used with conjunction with goat anti-mouse horseradish peroxidase (Jackson Laboratories).

**Western Blot:** To detect h-BMP-7 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 2 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant h-BMP-7 is 2.5 ng/lane.

Reconstitution: When reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of 0.5 mg/ml the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-40C.
