Applications:
ELISA: A 1:10,000 dilution of a 1mg/ml antibody solution will give satisfactory results in an ELISA using a rabbit anti-mouse second antibody conjugated to alkaline phosphatase (Jackson Laboratories).
Reconstitution: When reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of 1 mg/ml the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-40C.
