Applications:
ELISA: This antibody can be used at a concentration of 1-2 ug/ml, as a capture antibody in conjunction with a compatiable secondary reagent to yeild satisfactory results in a sandwich ELISA.
Reconstitution: When reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of 1 mg/ml the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-40C.
