Applications:
ELISA:In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 3-4 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 0.1 ng/well of recombinant human TNF-alpha when used with PeproTech (Rocky Hill, NJ) biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human TNF-alpha as the detection antibody at a concentration of at least 0.25μg/ml.
Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of h-TNF-alpha (0.5 ng/ml), a concentration of 0.05 Ã 0.1 μg/ml of this antibody is required.
Reconstitution: When reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of 1 mg/ml the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-40C.
