Product Specific Information
Applications:
ELISA: A 1:10,000 dilution of a 1mg/ml antibody solution will give satisfactory results in a direct ELISA using a rabbit anti-mouse second antibody conjugated to alkaline phosphatase (Jackson Labs).
Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition (ND50) of the biological activity of h-IL-1b (10 μg/ml), a concentration of 4-8 μg/ml of this antibody is required.
Reconstitution: When reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of 1 mg/ml the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-40C
