Applications:
ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100ul/well), a concentration of 2-4ug/ml of this antibody will detect at least 0.2 ng/well of recombinant human MCP-1 when used with PeproTech (Rocky Hill, NJ) biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human MCP-1 as the detection antibody at a concentration of at least 1μg/ml.
Reconstitution: When reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of 1 mg/ml the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-40C.
