Associate Scientist – Bioassay Team

Our team has partnered with 350+ biotech and diagnostics companies worldwide, delivering results through 440 cancer cell lines, 350+ bioassays, and cutting-edge biomarker platforms.

The Role

As an Associate Scientist, you’ll play a hands-on role in developing and running cutting-edge assays. You’ll:

    •    Perform cell culture and cytokine assays

    •    Conduct FACS and qRT-PCR analysis

    •    Contribute to new assay development (adhesion, migration, etc.)

    •    Work with monoclonal antibodies, organoids, and exosomes

This is an opportunity to learn, innovate, and grow while contributing to impactful drug development programs.

What We’re Looking For

    •    BS or MS in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field

    •    2+ years of relevant lab experience (academic or industry)

    •    Experience with cell culture, monoclonal antibodies, FACS, and qRT-PCR

    •    Bonus points if you’ve worked with organoids or exosomes

    •    A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
