Custom ELISA Development Kit

SBH Sciences develops sensitive, accurate ELISA assays for cytokines and biomarkers, supporting both R&D and clinical applications, including PK/PD analysis. We have developed 30+ sandwich ELISAs for targets including TNF-α, VEGF, IL-12 p70, Galectin-1, Galectin-3, Bcl-2, and Caspase-3.

Our custom ELISA development services can be tailored to your target, sample type, and performance requirements. We optimize capture and detection antibodies, assay conditions, and matrices such as serum, plasma, and cell culture media to achieve high sensitivity, precision, and accuracy.

Our team can develop assays using customer-supplied or SBH-produced antigens and antibodies, leveraging our expertise in recombinant protein and monoclonal antibody production. Upon completion, we provide a comprehensive assay protocol and can either transfer the optimized assay to your team or perform sample testing at our facility.
